About this event
MVP is proud to offer a valuable amenity to our members each summer: Camp Marlin! Our program is a structured, safe and fun summer camp for MVP members ages 6-11. We expect this program to fill up quickly, so be sure to sign up early!
Registration instructions:
- Part 1: Begin registration
-Click "Register Now" on the right side of the page
-Primary Registrant: "Sign up yourself" (this is you as the parent/guardian)
-Registration Type: "I'm not Attending and I'm Registering Someone Else"
(this one is important or else you end up signing up yourself!)
-Click Next
- Part 2: Add campers
-Click on "Add Guest to Registration"
-Enter your 1st Camper's first & last name
-Then select your child's birthdate
-Click Save
-If you have more campers to register, click "Add Guest to Registration" and fill out the form for your next camper.
-When you are done adding campers, click Next
- Part 3: Pick your camp weeks
-Select all the weeks your camper will attend by clicking the check boxes on the right side of the page
-You will do this one camper at a time
-When you are done click Next
- Part 4: Answer registration questions
-Enter each camper's birth date
-Select whether your camper is registered for swim team and if so, select the age group
-Click Next
- Part 5: Submit payment
-Scroll to the bottom of the page and clickComplete Registration
-Click on "Select Payment Method" and select "Credit Card Processed on this Website"
-Complete the form and click "Submit Payment"
- Part 6: Complete Forms
-Print and complete the Camp Marlin participation forms (available on the Camp Marlin page of the website) and bring them to your first day of camp
Policies
- All registrations must be completed one week prior to the start of the session. Last minute registrations will not be accepted.
Registrations Completed (includes receipt of payment) On or Before May 1st
- If you notify us before April 1, you can apply for a 100% refund.
- If you notify us between April 1 - May 1 , you can apply for a 100% credit on your account for a future enrollment or a 75% refund.
- If you notify us between May 1 - June 1, you can apply for a 100% credit on your account for a future enrollment or a 50% refund.
- After June 1st - If you realize that your child cannot attend a pre-enrolled camp session, you must notify us at MVPcampmarlin@gmail.com at least 1 week prior to the start of your campers session and identify an alternative week you would like your child to attend. We will make every effort to arrange for attendance at another camp session; however, we cannot guarantee availability of space. Should no space be available (or it is the last week of camp and there are no more sessions), you will be eligible for a 75% club credit.
- Once a program begins, we cannot make any adjustments or offer any credits.
